Anyone who has competed in bodybuilding, fitness or figure knows that you have to ingest huge amounts of high quality, low-fat protein everyday. Protein is the key to weight loss. Personally, I have been competing now for 15 years. I would supplement my daily diet with protein bars and shakes to get my additional amount of protein. After years of this I simply got tired of eating the same sources of protein. My diet was getting boring. So, about 12 years ago I started experimenting in the kitchen with protein and I came up with my delicious protein pie recipe. Each serving of the pie has a perfect amount of protein and is low in calories-just what I needed for my snacks or even a quick and easy breakfast. The best part is that the pies taste great, will satisfy cravings and they have NO FAT! The protein pie I concocted was the perfect solution to my hum-drum diet!
Over the years many people have told me how great my protein pies tasted and how I should go into business selling them. I’ve FINALLY taken their advice. My partner, Amy, who started personal training with me a few years ago, was the most persistent and influential in convincing me. She loved how the pies tasted and supplemented her diet with them. So, knowing that she was a smart business woman who loved my pies I decided to ask her if she’d be interested in starting up the pie business with me. She accepted, and here we are!
